Do I need an account to book?
No. Your name and mobile number are enough. Sign in with your email if you want every booking in one place.
Can I book more than an hour?
Yes. Pick a start time and add hours, up to four in a row in a single booking and payment.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel from My bookings. Usually you get a full refund up to 24 hours before and half up to 6 hours before. Each turf shows its rules before you pay.
What if it rains?
If the turf cancels your booking, you get a full refund, including the convenience fee.
Is paying online safe?
Payments are handled by Cashfree, a licensed payment gateway. We never see your card number or UPI PIN.
How do refunds reach me?
Back to the same UPI account, card or bank you paid from, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
